The chairs are in great used condition throughout free from any cuts, rips or tears to the mesh / net weave.
Made by Herman Miller and this is the Setu chair.
Yes, there are signs of use to the chairs as they are not new, but they function perfectly well and are a super comfortable chair.

The Kinematic Spine bends and flexes as you do, while the elastomeric fabric conforms to your contours to keep you comfortable and supported.
Rather than having adjustment levers, Setu enjoys a buoyant design that allows it to move and conform to your body simply by responding to your weight as you sit.
The minimalist outline is thanks to meticulous design: during creation Setu was shaped and reshaped to streamline the shape and ensure less material is used.
